Brittney Blanchard: Owner of Extended Family Home Care – Trusted Home Health Expert in the Denver Metro Area
About Brittney Blanchard
Owner, Physician Assistant & Caregiving Advocate
Brittney Blanchard started working with Extended Family in 2009 as a caregiver and worked for the former owner for several years before gaining additional experience in medicine and furthering her career beyond home care as a Physician Assistant. After tragically losing her niece during this time, the former owner and now friend reached out to Brittney to offer condolences. It was that same conversation that Brittney learned the company was being sold. She took this information as a gift and was eager to return to the company on which her passion was founded.
In 2021, Brittney acquired Extended Family Home Care and remains the sole owner today. Collectively, Brittney has worked in non-medical and medical care for almost 20 years and is elated to bring her expertise, passion, and love for the Colorado senior community back to where she started. Her favorite part of being in ownership is having more quality time with all clients and having more involvement in hiring caregivers who share the same passion that she does.
