To get from CommonSpirit Longmont United Hospital to Extended Family Home Care in Denver, begin by heading toward Mountain View Ave, making a sharp left followed by a standard left turn to get onto the avenue itself. Drive east for 1.3 miles and then turn left onto Main St, passing the Arby’s on your right as you continue for about 1.5 miles. Next, turn right onto CO-66 E and follow it for 6.4 miles before turning right to merge onto I-25 S.
Once you are on I-25 S, stay on the interstate for approximately 28.7 miles as you head toward Denver. As you approach the city, use the second lane from the right to take exit 214A for I-70 E toward Limon. Keep to the right lane to follow the signs for Washington St, then take a slight right to merge onto Washington St.
